What is the booking policy?

Group Bookings/ Spa Pamper Parties:

A minimum of 2 hours is required per therapist.

You are sent an invoice for the total of the pamper party to your email address. 

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required upon us sending you the invoice to secure your pamper event. 

Payment to be made via bank transfer.

The balance of the invoice must be paid 7 days prior to the pamper event via bank transfer.

Once the balance has been paid a schedule will be emailed to you, detailing each guests selected treatments and times. 

 

A refund less than the $100 deposit is made if notice is given 5 days prior to the pamper event, otherwise the whole amount is forfeited.

 

How far do you travel?

 

We travel to Melbourne CBD, Eastern, South Eastern, Northen Suburbs, *Mornington Peninsula and *Yarra Valley. Exceptions to surrounding areas. 

*Travel Fee will apply

 

 

Personal Security.

We ensure peace of mind for all potential clients. We have current Police Checks and Working With Children checks for kids/teen parties.
